Article 1 Definitions

The following terms are defined by the Japanese Society for Natural Medicine (hereinafter referred to as the "Society"). Article 1 Definitions: In addition to the terms defined in Article 2 and the following text of the Rules, the terms defined in the Rules shall be as follows

Article 2 Consulting and trading of products of the Society (hereinafter referred to as "consulting") About: 1.

Those who have reached the age of 18. However, if the applicant is under 20 years of age, the written consent of a guardian is required.
2 Those who have been approved for membership by the Society and those who have been exceptionally approved by the Society.

Article 3 Formation of Contract:.

1 An applicant for a consultation shall apply for a consultation after clearly indicating the desired consultation and the necessary information separately specified by the Society in the contract.
2 The contract between the applicant and the Society shall be concluded when the applicant pays the application fee specified by the Society and the Society confirms the payment. The application fee shall be applied to the application in the order of the earliest payment by either cash transfer or credit card payment.
3 Once the contract is concluded and the applicant has paid the full amount of the consulting fee, the applicant shall be considered to be in the process of consulting.
4 After the contract is concluded, the contract cannot be cancelled. The consulting fee shall be non-refundable. However, this shall not apply to the case where the payment of the application fee specified by the Society has been confirmed by the Society within 7 days after the date of application and has not yet been processed.
5 The applicant shall not transfer or lend the class qualification to any third party without the Society's consent.

Article 4 Refund of Consulting Fees, etc.

The Society's consultation fee will be fully refunded for cancellations within three weeks.

Article 5: Regarding Consultations

If an applicant cancels without following the procedure for cancellation after signing the contract, it will be considered as acceptance of the consultation.
Article 6: Regarding practical skills

In the practical training conducted in the class, the students or the instructor may give the necessary training demonstration to each other or to the students.

2 In the event that a student involved in the practical training described in the preceding paragraph suffers an injury or other physical problem, the Company will compensate the student within the scope of the liability insurance contracted by the Company, provided that the injury or problem is proven to have been caused by the training.

3 Practical experience may be recognized and practical skills may be omitted.

Article 7: Deadlines for courses

The student must complete the classes based on the class curriculum set by the World Natural Medicine Graduate University Japan within the class deadline set by the World Natural Medicine Graduate University Japan for each course. In addition, for certification, the student must submit an exit report within the class deadline set by the non-profit general incorporated association, International Career Support Association.
2 Students will be able to take classes for the curriculum they were unable to take only if they were unable to complete the prescribed curriculum within the class deadline due to unavoidable reasons. In this case, World Natural Medicine Japan will set a new class deadline according to the content and number of curriculums that have not been taught, and the student shall complete the class within the class deadline. However, this does not apply to cases where World Natural Medicine Japan approves a leave of absence and extends the class deadline in accordance with Article 9 of these regulations.

Article 8 Re-course of the class curriculum

The student may retake the class curriculum in accordance with the regulations stipulated separately by the World Natural Medicine University Japan.
2 Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, students may only take classes after they have completed the prescribed curriculum.

Article 9 Leave of Absence from School

In the case of unavoidable reasons such as long-term hospitalization, long-term business trip, long-term overseas study, etc., World Natural Medicine University Japan will, in principle, grant a leave of absence for a period of up to two years upon request from the student, for a period that World Natural Medicine University Japan deems appropriate. In this case, the class period of each course will be extended.
2 If a leave of absence exceeds the maximum period of time specified in Paragraph 1, World Natural Medicine University Japan will grant it upon the request of the student.
3 When taking a leave of absence, the student must follow the procedures of the World Natural Medicine University Japan and may be required to submit written proof of unavoidable circumstances. The same procedure must also be followed when returning to school.
4 During the period of suspension, if the student still owes any debt to our company regarding payment of course fees, etc., this debt will continue.

Article 10 Withdrawal

In the event that the student wishes to abandon the course without completing the course and re-enter the World Natural Medicine Institute Japan after the course has expired, the student shall be obliged to notify the Institute.

Article 11 Withdrawal and Expulsion from the School

In the event that any of the following applies to a student, we reserve the right to terminate the contract with the student and expel the student from the school without notice or warning. In such cases, the Company will not refund tuition fees for unattended classes. In some cases, the Company may demand compensation for damages from the student.
(a) In the event that the student has committed an act that is extremely damaging, degrading, or slanderous to our organization, the World College of Natural Medicine Japan, the Japanese Society of Natural Medicine, or other students.
(b) Repeatedly interfering with classes, significantly disturbing the public morals of the World Natural Medicine Graduate University Japan or the Japanese Society of Natural Medicine, or words or actions of any kind. 
(c) In the event of any other acts that are contrary to the regulations of the World College of Natural Medicine or the Japanese Society of Natural Medicine, or acts that are offensive to public order and morals.

Article 12 Change of Course

Course changes are not allowed after the contract is concluded.
2 Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, a student may change to a new course by making a request to the Japanese School of World Natural Medicine only within the class deadline of the course before the change, but in this case, the Company will not refund the difference in the course fees, etc. between the changed course and the course before the change. In this case, the difference in course fees between the new course and the old course will not be refunded. In this case, the student will forfeit the course qualification for the previous course upon completion of the course change procedure at the World Natural Medicine University, Japan.
3 There is no fee for changing or adding courses.
4The due date for the new course will be the due date of the new course, but the beginning of the due date will be the start date of the previous course.
5 Graduates of our company who wish to take additional classes in another course will be required to pay tuition fees, but no other fees will be charged.

Article 13: Completion of the course

When a student completes a course, it is assumed that he or she has completed the entire required curriculum of the selected course. However, this does not apply to students who have not completed some of the required curriculum, if the World Natural Medicine University Japan considers the student's knowledge and skills to be acceptable for completion of the course.
2 Upon completion of all graduation requirements, the World Natural Medicine Graduate School Japan will issue a graduation certificate and a certificate of qualification. Graduation requirements are determined by the World Natural Medicine Graduate University Japan according to the course. In addition to completing the entire required curriculum and passing the completion report, internship training may be required depending on the course. 

Article 14 Change of Contact Information :

In the event of any change in name, address, home phone number, cell phone number, email address, etc., the student shall immediately inform the World Natural Medicine Graduate University Japan and the Japanese Society of Natural Medicine of the change.

Article 15 Changes in Curriculum and Course Deadlines after Contract Conclusion:

The curriculum and course deadlines shall be determined by the World School of Natural Medicine, Japan at its own discretion and may be changed as necessary, whether before or after the contract is concluded. However, unless there is a compelling reason to do so or the change is minor, changes in the course curriculum or course due date will not affect the curriculum or course due date of any contract that has been concluded prior to the change in the course.

Article 16 Price Revision of Course Tuition:

The price of tuition for each course shall be determined at the discretion of World Natural Medicine Japan and the Company, and may be revised at any time. However, the revision of the tuition for a course will not affect the tuition for the contract that was concluded before the revision. Even in the event that the tuition for a course is lowered due to a revision, the student may not request that the World Natural Medicine University Japan, the Company, or the Japanese Society of Natural Medicine refund or compensate for the difference between the tuition and the revised tuition.

Article 17. Change of World Natural Medicine College Japan:

The Japan Academy of Natural Medicine reserves the right to close the current school due to business reasons. In such a case, the Company may change the contract with the school to another one, and the change will take effect after the Company notifies the student of the change.

Article 18 Intellectual Property

Inventions, devices, designs, know-how, and works of authorship related to text, diagrams, photographs, images, data, etc., contained in texts and other documents used in classes or otherwise circulated or distributed to students by the World Natural Medicine University Japan are the intellectual property of the Company (hereinafter referred to as "the Company's intellectual property"). All rights to apply for, register, and use such intellectual property shall belong to the Company. Students are not allowed to copy, publish, publish on the internet, use as a textbook for their own school, or do anything else that infringes on our rights while they are enrolled in or after graduation from World Natural Medicine Japan. It is not allowed.

Article 19 Non-warranty and disclaimer

World Natural Medicine Japan, our company and the Japanese Society of Natural Medicine will make every reasonable effort to ensure that students complete the prescribed curriculum and acquire the necessary knowledge and skills.
(a) That the completion of the prescribed course will enable the student to start his or her own business or to obtain the desired employment.
(b) That the student will be able to obtain the desired qualification upon completion of the prescribed course.
2 The student shall be responsible for his/her own property during and after the class, and neither the World Natural Medicine University Japan nor the Company shall be responsible for any loss or theft of the student's property during the class.
3 Neither the World Natural Medicine University Japan nor the Company shall be liable for any accident, injury, theft, personal injury, or any other incident that occurs during the course or while traveling.

Article 20. Sharing of personal information:

We may share names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, gender, and any other information provided by students and graduates of the World Natural Medicine University of Japan with our organization, the World Natural Medicine University of Japan, and the Japanese Society of Natural Medicine for the following reasons
(a) To make it easier for students and graduates to use multiple services provided by our organization and our affiliated organizations and companies.
(b) To provide students and graduates with information about products and services that may be useful to them.
2 The scope of shared use of personal information of students and graduates of the World College of Natural Medicine Japan is as follows
(a) The Japanese Society of Natural Medicine, and
(b) International Career Support Association, a non-profit general incorporated association.

Article 21. Membership in the Japanese Society of Natural Medicine:.

Students of the World College of Natural Medicine, Japan shall voluntarily join the Japanese Society of Natural Medicine.
2 All matters related to the Japanese Society of Natural Medicine, including membership rules, shall be based on the membership rules set forth by the Japanese Society of Natural Medicine.
3 In the event that a student of the World School of Natural Medicine, Japan joins the Japanese Society of Natural Medicine at the same time as entering the World School of Natural Medicine, the student shall pay the membership fee of the Japanese Society of Natural Medicine.

Article 22
These regulations may be revised at the discretion of the World School of Natural Medicine Japan, our company, or the Japanese Society of Natural Medicine. The contents of the revision will be announced on the website of the World School of Natural Medicine in Japan, and all students will be deemed to have received notice of the revision.
